Electric low-temperature butterfly valves are mainly suitable for low-temperature working conditions of liquid nitrogen (cryogenic) media with medium temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to -196 ℃. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of low-temperature butterfly valves at low temperatures, the valve parts have undergone cryogenic treatment before precision machining. The valve cover adopts a long neck structure, which aims to protect the function of the packing box, keep it far away from low temperatures, and ensure the sealing effect of the packing. The medium commonly used for electric low-temperature butterfly valves is low-temperature fluids such as liquid helium, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen.
Characteristics of electric low-temperature butterfly valve:
The material of the pressure bearing parts of the electric low-temperature butterfly valve can withstand the expansion and contraction caused by changes in medium temperature, and the structure of the sealing part will not undergo permanent deformation during temperature changes. The elongated upper valve cover adopts a double seal with a joint valve shaft, ensuring the long-term stability of the sealing packing at low temperatures. Therefore, it is widely used in the control of cryogenic fluid processes such as liquefied natural gas and air separation industries.
